Atticus introduces me-too hexythiazox portfolio with Ruger™, Clever™, and Hexcel™

CARY, NC (January 15, 2018) – Atticus introduces a broad portfolio of relevant generic hexythiazox miticide products, offering effective alternatives to combat tetranychid mites in a variety of specialty crop, row crop, and professional settings.

Ruger™ 1 EC (comparable to Onager®) provides effective control of tetranychid mites in key yield-threatened crops, including alfalfa, almonds, citrus, corn, cotton, grapes, sorghum, and stone fruit. Clever™ 50 DF (comparable to Savey®) stops tetranychid mites in a wide range of tree crops and berries, including apples, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, dates, pecans, and peaches. Hexcel™ (comparable to Hexygon®) delivers mite defense in various greenhouse, nursery and turf settings.

Atticus hexythiazox miticide alternatives control both immature-stage mites and mite eggs, and later renders eggs unviable when deposited post-application. They are easy on beneficial insects and demonstrate excellent crop safety.
